Fall is in the Air

Much cooler air is on the way for much of the country this week. A cold front is expected to move through the central US on Tuesday, bringing with it much cooler temperatures and drier air. The front is expected to reach the East Coast by Wednesday, and the cooler air will linger for several days.

Temperatures to Drop Significantly

Temperatures are expected to drop significantly behind the front. High temperatures in the 80s and 90s will drop into the 60s and 70s. Overnight lows will also drop, with some areas dipping into the 40s.
